Our brasserie cuisine is inspired by the 3-country corner of Switzerland, France and Germany. We combine the best of these cuisines to create our traditional brasserie dishes. Our menu is well balanced between classics, which we have been preparing in the same tradition for decades, and new creations, which are seasonal and based on what our regional suppliers have to offer. The presentation conveys generosity and combines tradition and modernity.
